I originally set out to check the silver salmon fishing and give the dog a run, but since I installed the new suspension about 4 days ago I figured I should at least give it a work out. The front coil-overs are still a bit stiff, but I've been told they loosen up after some use and will give me pretty good articulation eventually.
It's not a HMMWV, but then again the FJ Cruiser is actually fun to drive on the highway too. We don't see many of the imitation Hummers on the trails up here, but there are tons of Jeeps. The solid front axle is hard to beat in the mud we get around here.
None of them can touch a true military version of the H1 though, but unfortunately the H1's are a bit too wide for most of the trails around here.
