Neither did i see anything unusual. You just need to be over 18 or have permission from parents if younger...and you have to pay tax if you win (but that applies to all higher valued prizes at all competitions - so nothing to worry about too much, unless you win 100K$ prize somewhere )...and thats mostly all there is.
