| blizzard is usually pretty good with customer service, although they are extremely safe. I remember someone got into my D2 account and changed my pw.. I phoned up blizz and, in spite of them explicitely saying they can not recover a password, one of the guys working there changed it back for me. I had no way of proving it was my account, I guess I was pretty convincing tho. In any case, I was really happy. |
