You are going to feel pretty silly when you are old and dieing in the hospital of good health  
Seriously, I've gone for hard core diet's like cancer treatment in the past. Now I just chase crack heads around with my job ... good cardio Also I spend less time in front of the computer and more time with hubby on our motorcycle's  Drink more water too That's it  |
