How to setup server?
Well...you login...go to Play Online...Create....then you setup server parameters...setup game mode...and...click LAUNCH.  
After that you just select playlist...select track (official, your own if any...downloaded tracks)....and finally...click OK.
I tried to do that, but since i am behind some silly router...i cant get others to see me...since it only runs in my private network. I know i should just forward ports correctly and it would work online too....but i am just too lazy....and also dont know which ports to open/forward... 
Maybe I'll play with this later...and will let you know if i managed it to work correctly so we will be able to play. Until then...Doc's server is the only way (if you manage to get it work, Doc!?).
