From my experience...they expire in at least 2-3x the time, in which cpu would be able to do it if it worked at 100%.  
While that doesnt bother me - but if you find that too tight schedule...then you can always run "ordinary" client, which not only gives you less demanding WU's, but also you get more time to complete them.
