Try this: 1) Right click on the speaker in the taskbar choose Playback Devices 2) Click on Speakers 3) Choose Properties 4) Choose Enhancements 5) Check off Disable all enhancements 6) Click Apply (Credit goes to: http://thevistaforums.com/index.php?s=a478cadd732d9fc6c25d21417bc74640&showtopic=14580&view=findpost&p=88355)
