Now that it looks like I will actually have a working computer for gaming etc., need to look for a set of decent headphones. Would like to keep them under 50 if possible and I would not be using them for on-line team stuff as I usually only have time for FPS type of games.

Now the “special criteria”………. Back in 2000 I lost the use of my right ear. It was like someone flipped a switch and I lost all hearing and the inner ear. Anyway the hearing aids I use consist of an xmitter unit (right ear0 and the main unit (left ear) that receives the signals. Also it correct some tone loss issues in the left ear. Because these are of the “over the ear” style the mikes are located on the top of each unit. This leaves me needing something with ear pieces large enough to allow space above the ears to avoid feedback and of course transfer the sound.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
