While this seems extreme (and it is) I've seen many people get this obsessed over things like EQ, MUDs, etc. It happens all too often. This kid was just pushed over the edge and instead of reacting rationally, he was screaming/cursing/etc.
Hopefully the parents beat his @ss and took away the computer.
What his brother should've done was gone to the router/modem and unplugged it. |
