By my count 2-gx2's and 2 quads (newer wolfdale 65w quads) would pull about 750-800w fully loaded. (although I can't imagine a situation or program that could fully load 2 quad core cpu's and 2 dual core gpu's). You might as well just leave a hair dryer on 24x7, it would use about the same amount of power and emit similar amounts of heat 
Well, I guess the 350w load number is for the complete system, so I suppose the 9800gx2 only draws a couple hundred watts loaded. Still it's an awefull lot of juice to be sucking out of the wall. If things keep going the way they are now, people are going to have to start putting 25a circuits in their homes just to power their computers.
