People who talk in a cellphone while driving are completely nuts and apparently unaware of the hazard their causing, or maybe they simply don't care.
I also hate people who don't use their seatbelt, and their excuse is ''I forgot to use it'' Well, you don't forget that kind of things unless your either drunk or think that the seatbelt looks bad on you.
I hope that people one day would loose their drivers license if they were talking in a cellphone while driving.
