I've seen that in other cities already, just not on a wide scale like this is. Also not around lamp posts and things, just around the waist high type posts. I doubt they'll be white if/when they roll them out.
I agree that it's a bit ridiculus though...people are stupid enough not to watch where they are going, they need to learn a lesson... |
