View Single Post - need new office copier

our office copier is on its way out. Getting pretty old now and keeps jamming so its really annoying. There's a million options out there and we don't even know where to start.

heres what we need:
standard paper size
legal
11x17
needs to handle all weights and gloss of paper
color not needed
several sorting trays required 10 would be great (we use all them and its what we currently have)
with the sorting auto stapling is also great
duplexing
needs to handle about 2-3 thousand copies a month

we spent 10k on the last one but dont wanna spend that now. We're looking to keep it moderatly cheap to justify a new one versus repairing the current one.

I have no idea where to start looking or anything. There's local places that sell these but the sales people are way to pushy and never leave you alone once you show interest so I'd rather look online first before talking to someone locally
