Received a ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED from newegg yesterday, hooked it up and its dead...
Just sits there and twitches trying to get started. Hooked it up to a CPU Fan connector, a case fan connector, and also a molex connector.
...Nadda on all of them.
Just gonna have to RMA it, even though that totally sucks. Ah well guess I can use the stock Intel cooler until I get it back.
Just wanted to share my pain,
