Only negative experience I had was back when I first started building my own pc's and buying parts through forums. Bought a Geforce2 MX video card...when I got it, didn't work. Guy kept telling me it worked when he shipped and that I messed it up. Basically brought it up in a forum (without mentioning any names) and he quickly jumped into the discussion saying I was full of crap. Needless to say I think some mods got involved and he ended up refunding my money and I was just out the shipping to send it back. Thats been my only somewhat negative experience, other than that its been all positive.
