I work in the audio industry and I have never heard of any consumer products that can do that. The Dr. makes a good idea though, you could use a speech recognition program like Dragon and just put the mic next to the speaker.
Actually, now that I think about it.... I wonder if Dragon Dictate, or a similar program works off of your soundcard's "recording" input. If so, you could set it to "What you hear" if you have a Creative card, or possible "Wave/MP3" on another card, and see if it can "hear" the avi file and copy the text. |
