Try upping your vcore to 1.35v. Your cooler should be able to handle that without too much trouble.
Also, some motherboards are pretty sensitive about FSB settings and which fsb strap they are using. I'm not sure what the break points are on the P5W, but you should try several fsb speeds around 344 just in case you are on the edge. ie......try 340 and maybe 350. You should also give 400x8 a try, your memory can handle it. _________________
