Sorry the reply took so long...

1. Length of cables. - the ATX power cable is about 16"
PCI-E cable 18"
SATA cable 18" to first connector, 30" to last.
Floppy/4pin cable 18" to first connector, 30" to last.
4pin only cable 18" to first connector, 32" to last.
It might be hard to route the cables behind the MB, but it all depends on the case layout. I doubt having the PSU located at the bottom of a full tower case that you will be able to route everything behind and have connectors reach to the top most 5.25" bay.

2. Noise - did not test with any instrument, but I would have said if it were loud. The fan is at a low speed while the unit isn't working hard, and gets louder when it does.

3. Size of the box - the dimensions are: 5 7/8" x 6 1/2" x 3 1/4".

4. Reliability - It was left on overnight load testing, no issues with the test setup on the review.

5. Components - I could not tell who made the internals. Hopefully the images are close enough and clear for someone who might be able to tell who made them.
