I am trying to build a system for a bang for the buck gaming pc under $1500. Here are the parts

Thermaltake Tsunami
Intel Core 2 Duo e6750-Probably cooled by Tuniq Tower 120
EVGA 680i A1
XFX GeForce 8800 GTS XXX Edition
Windows Vista Home Premium/Ultimate 32 bit
Seagate Barracuda 320 or 500 GB HD

Now, my problem is getting memory and a PSU. I have heard that corsair makes a good 620 HX and OCZ makes the 700W gamexstream. Which should I get? For memory, should I go with Corsair 2 GB dual channel kit or go with crucial ballistix tracer 2gb dual channel kit? Also, would the Tuniq fit in the Tsunami? I am also wondering how to lap a Tuniq Tower. It is a beast of a heatsink and I want to know how to safely lap it. Thanks.
