Nice choices on the mobo, cpu and psu. That system will go far. As I'm sure you know, 3.2Ghz (8x400) is propably easily attainable even with stock cooling and voltage.
My Asus P5K has the Q6600 in it, so I haven't ever been able to really push the boards fsb, but with a G0 C2D, you should have many hours of testing ahead of you and I'm guessing you will be quite happy with the results.
