Depending on how much you want to put into overclocking, you could start by simply adjusting the FSB on the motherboard.

Don't start out at 333MHz and jump to 375MHz. Do it in small increments. Too large of a single jump could cause it to have issues even if it wouldn't have with small jumps. Plus if you go TOO large of a jump you could put too much stress on it, and do damage.

When you get to a point, where either it won't boot or becomes unstable (I use 3dMark06 as a quickie stability test), back the FSB down a few notches.
