Well if Kerry said to leave him be so he could answer the question, it could be taken as he was being given permission to continue speaking.
It'll all come out eventually, and if its found that the kid was in the right, he'll get a good sized settlement.
On the other hand, if it's found the kid was out of line, he'll go to jail.
I don't think any of us have a law degree and have heard everything clearly on what happened. As EC said, we've only seen a clip of it. There could obviously be more that we havn't seen. |
