So to get DX10 w/ a raid array, what is the best solution?
I did see some cards that were Vista compatible, but most of them didn't suit my needs, surprisingly, like several had only 2 sataII connectors, I want 4.
What I want to accomplish is to have two disks in raid 0, and have two other disks for storage, one being a backup, so I figured I'd just put those 2 in raid 1. I could just use the 2 connector card, for raid 0, then use the nvidia connectors on motherboard for both storage disks, they wouldn't be in raid though so I'd have to keep backing one up, less preferable to raid 1.

How you ask, well even much of Microsoft's own software and hardware doesn't have Vista support. Vista will be a stepping stone to something new real quick.. ...Think of Vista as Windows ME Part II. |
So it's best to stick with XP x64, and wait for something better? Really wanted to use that DX10 though....
