LOL I learned to deal with my ADHD, which it wasn't called that back when I was a kid, it was Hyperactivity and a Learning Disability, but I know now that's what it was, by limiting my sleep and not drugs. That's part of the reason I only sleep about 4-5 hours a night now LOL
If I get a good nights sleep (8-9 hours), I bounce off the walls. There are many times, I'll be traveling for work, and get a normal nights sleep, and can't sit still for training or whatever.
Even now, when I'm doing things, I have to do multiple things at a time, otherwise I get bored. I have three systems on my desk here at home, and am usually doing something on all three at one time. Work is the same way, two systems, plus my video player going. |
