If you are going to go water cooling, do yourself a favor and spec your own kit. don't buy a pre-made kit. There are few kits that have all the right parts (usually just one or two good parts and the rest junk). You can also build a good WC setup for the same or less than the cost of a mediocre kit. There are some good kits out there, but they will cost you.
Proper (successfull) water cooling takes research. Here is a good place to start. Good Luck!!!
On a side note, I've experimented with several types of water cooling over the years ( Chillers, Evaporative, Standard ). I've used store bought radiators, converted car heater cores, fish tank water pumps, small garden fountain pumps, shower heads (evaporative setup) and many other things. The reason I don't currently use WC is because it takes more maintenance and lots more space than air.
If properly setup WC will cool better than air and should be quieter, but you must realize that pushing air through a radiator for your setup will still require at least 2 - 120mm fans. For a quad AND an 8800GTX I would think a 3 - 120mm radiator would be better. These will still make noise. Probably not as much, but it won't be silent and will cost about 3 times what a good air hsf costs. (minimum) _________________
