I just re-ran the calculator using a system type of single processor instead of the mistaken quad processor (which means 4 physical cpu's) and get 444w.

hopefully you arent using 2.1v for your cpu!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they default to 1.275-1.325, so 2.1v would require phase change cooling. No way you should ever need more than 1.4v.

You might be confusing memory voltage with cpu voltage. Performance DDR2 commonly uses 2.1v and generally ranges from 1.8v - 2.2v from the manufacturer.
