Dad got me a used (old) Murray 11hp 36" cut riding mower for my B-day.
Took a lil while to get it running right though.. fuel cap has to be vented/cracked or it vapor locks. Its rough looking, but made short work of the yard.
The damn grass was 4ft tall in some places. We raked it all up and took it out to the farm to feed to the cows. You wouldn't believe a 68'x150' lot would have enuff grass to fill the bed of a F-350.
My old 3.5hp pusher about kills me. back/knees/hips.. that and it stalled if you even looked like you were gonna push it into high grass. |
