Hey... It's the best time of year to be laid off!
I was laid off for just over 5 months in 2003 (Feb. - Aug.) and when I went back to work I had more money in the bank than at any other time thanks to my unemployment check (and a decent severance). Wasa good time, but I should have had more fun with a bit of confidence that I was eventually going to work again, but that is the time when I started this site! 
And now I'm off for a few months again! But this time its disability... Not much fun, but there are good days, and nice weather doesn't take much to enjoy.
Hope you get back to work soon... or at least as soon as you have to! |
