Just about any other state would have yanked his license or made him turn it in if he was even remotely prone to seizures. He himself knew he was prone, so it was his choice to keep driving if NJ has no rule about it - risking the lives of everyone else.
Driving takes good judgment, whether how to operate or when to operate a vehicle - he choose to even though he knew the possibilities. which is a bad driver.
Maybe I'm being harsh, just playing my part as the forum @$$hole..
PA and WV yanks licenses if you've had 2 seizures or more. ..and you never get them back. |
