I think the worst part is that if you don't want a child, you don't have to have it. Many organizations like churches and hospitals have programs to allow you to give it up for adoption. It's completely silly to go to jail for anything like this.
On a similar note, since the guy is 19, I wonder how long til Jack Thompson says video games made him do it? |
