Little update to this story. One of the batteries in the G7 didn't fit in the charger right, and it wouldn't charge unless I wedged something in. I put in a ticket to Logitech and they said they would send a replacement.
About a month later, no word. So I put notes in the ticket again, and they apologized and 2 day'd me a replacement. No, they didn't send me a replacement battery, or even a batter and charger. They sent me a brand new whole G7 in the retail box! |
