Darn, getting the windows smp client running on vista is a pain in the @$$. I've had to re-install it a couple times now. Didn't seem to run very well with UAC enabled, even after the install. Oh well, UAC is a pain anyway.
I've switched over to Vista Home Premium 32bit for the time being, just to see how things run on my desktop. Ran several of the betas on my laptop, but never on the desktop. seems alright, nothing special though. To keep my sanity I'm dual booting vista with sabayon 3.25 64bit and beryl.
