We're trying to get it all in quickly because we did fly our former consultants / new hired direct employees in from California, as well as 4 people from our office in Holland... But it isn't the Dutch that are making it slow and painful... Its the upper management and the consultant types... basically trying to engineer a new product when none of them are engineers... But, 4 out of 5 are PHDs and the 5th is a lawyer...  |
