Who are you guys working with? Is it just your internal firm or would it be by chance a meeting with a group from outside of the country? I'm only asking because in France they love to have lengthy meetings (and sadly not much is accomplished, nor is there an agenda). Also, the French LOVE to have long lunches (ohhh ya... they like to work late too)
