qmail toaster supports SSL and Webmail via squirrelmail. I've never used it myself, but it looks like it might meet most of your requirements. Not sure about calendering though.
Either way, I'm betting if it doesn't have an option/feature you are looking for, there will be a howto on the net somewhere that will show you how to add it.
