Mail is my weak point...but Qmail Toaster works nicely. http://www.qmailtoaster.com/
It does have antispam and, IIRC, anti-virus capabilities all with the install instructions given. If not already given, then I'm sure ClamAV can be used with it with some extra steps. I can't be certain about the SSL capabilities, however. It does do domain aliases and whatnot.
