My first guess would be something is up with the power supply..
If not that, then you might want to remove the motherboard and reinstall it.. Sometimes the mother board is not grounded properly, or the studs in which it screws to are shorting out something.. doesn;t hurt to remove and reinstall mobo.
Other than that... i really dont know. g'luck
