Unfortunately, I have not used the AV700. I think it looks like a great player, but can't find one locally to play with before buying it.
Archos has some forums that are usually pretty helpful. I would check there. My guess is upgrading to the latest firmware will restore the divx capability (if it's supposed to be on there). |
