yeah, buy.com has always been good to me.
Once I didn't get a rebate from the mfg...told buy.com and they credited my card. How many places would do that with just me emailing them the story.
The only odd thing was this:
(recently I ordered a DVD then cancelled it, then a month later they shipped it. got an RMA and shipping sticker before it came, then resent it back. no questions asked.) |
