I lived in Goose Creek for several years with my family. My sons went to the elementary school in that same district. EVERY school in that district for 4 years straight won the Presidents Excellence Award. To get that award the school has to be at least 90% A/B grades. I find it hard to believe that a school system that does that well has a drug problem worth calling in a raid on.
On the other hand politics can and has played a big part in that area. Could be a ploy to get more money pumped into the school system. BTW, Stratford High School sits in the middle of a very affluent area. |
