I have found the correct MPEG4 format for this deck. XVID seem to be the choice for MPEG4. Download the codec at http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/.

I also highly recommend "Pocket-DVD Studio" from http://www.pqdvd.com/watch_dvd_on_pocket_pc.html
