The No. 1 competitor in a sense right out of the chute is Windows XP Service Pack 2. There are a lot of happy users. Getting those people to upgrade their software or buy a new PC -- the fact that people are generally happy is a certainly a barrier to as rapid adoption as we might like to see. |
