The only way a powersupply would be affected is because of the OTHER system requirements of Vista.
I did a quick spec search for Gateway 510M3 - nothing on the web.
If your system is above Vista's requirements, then you wont have to upgrade - which means your powersupply is fine.
If you have to upgrade your CPU, video card, harddrive, and/or memory - then your current powersupply may not provide enough energy to the system. |
