7000kbps download /384kbps upload here in AK, I pay $60/month. I would gladly trade in a couple 1000kbps of download speed to get better upload speeds though.
30K/2K is awesome, 30K/5K is more than I would have even thought possible for the $ you pay. You gotta love technology.  , just wish it was up here as well. They are laying more fiber optic cable so maybe there will be an upgrade in my future as well (fingers crossed)
