Coming out of China I would actually not over suspect a spammer. While possible it's not the highest possible answer.
Government "Research" is much more likely.
Post once so post count <> 0 is less likely to be deleted on a routine maintenance. Therefore you have a user account that will likely always have access to systems, making spidering them easier. |
