I am tryin to download this thing from my credit card company that allows me to generate credit card numbers when I want to make purchases online. I have it on my desktop and it was never an issue.
However now I would like to add it to my laptop computer and when I click on the download button it gives me an error that says:

Then I click the OK button and I get another message that says:
| Quote: | | Unable to register control. Please ensure that the user has the correct access rights |
I can't figure it out. I went into the tools and internet options file and put the site in my trusted sites and I have it so these thigns should be enabled but it is still not working. COuld it be due to my wireless router???
I need some advice. |
