Could be overheating. If the CPU overheats, it may shut down the computer without a BSoD or anything. I know the P4's had the capability of protecting themselves that way.
Could still be the MoBo (especially if the caps of any of the capacitors are bubbled...I had this happen to my home machine)....but the cheap test would be to replace the HS and fan. _________________ " I reject your reality and substitute my own!" - Adam Savage - Mythbusters |
