it was a bit of comedy ..... i have a bunch of users who think it's outside their job specifications to actually learn any of the systems they use .... i get at least 50 seriously dumb requests a day, including my favourite :
log a high priority call to the support team to get an inkjet cartridge changed - so i get the pleasure of dropping whatever i'm doing, travelling down 9 floors, to go to a supply closet, get a cartridge, and then fit it ... for some pleasant individual who wont even move away from their desk while i do the work, and certainly wont thank me for my prompt action or pleasant demeanor.
so there you go ..... back to topic i think  |
