Hi... Welcome!

To be honest, I don't think I could justify spending that much on anything AGP. Especially looking at your signature and seeing you have a 939 processor and plenty of good stuff in your system.

My guess is that you could get a whole new motherboard that supports PCIe and get a PCIe graphics card and being within your budget... With the benefit of greater performance and future upgrades (although limited with AM2 arriving).

$320 is $283 US... Man you can get some good stuff for that!

Combined right under your budget. Could probably pick a better / cheaper board... And maybe spend less on video.
