Two 21" LCDs? Shouldn't be too much for the UPS.

Dragon, are you aware that LCD's consume almost as much wattage as a same sized CRT? 21" LCD's would consume almost 150-250 watts all on their own.

What kind of LCD's are YOU using?
a 20-21" LCD should be around 55-65 watts each so maybe 125-140 watts MAX, a 21"CRT will be 125-200 watts nominal but may peak briefly much higher (especially at start up (tube/gun heaters and the degauss circuit can easily knock an otherwise adequate UPS offline instantly due to the surge of turning on or waking a monitor from sleep mode)
LCD's use 1/2 to 1/3 the power of a similar sized CRT, and don't have the large surge/draw that CRT's do.

I do agree that the belkin UPS is providing alittle less then you MIGHT expect based on the information given, and it is quite possible the batteries are less then 100% ( many items end up On-sale at buy.com Because they are "stale" i.e. to long in the warehouse/shelf, end of model life, over production, etc.
Belkin should still honor the warranty.
Based on a quick glance at their site, I believe the grossly exaggerate/mislead the consumer about the power output and reserves/holdup time of their UPS's.
